Brytni Sarpy is a dynamic actress, humanitarian, and writer whose passion for storytelling goes beyond the screen. Best known for her compelling roles on CBS’ Young & The Restless, ABC’s General Hospital, and SyFy/Netflix’s Truth or Dare. she captures audiences with her ability to bring depth and authenticity to every character she portrays.Honing and developing her skills first on stage, diving into the flow of Shakespeare all the way down to the depths of Arthur Miller. Her deep dive into drama, earned her a Bachelor of Fine Arts, in Acting at UC Santa Barbara, before heading back down the coast to focus on film and television.

A life coach and ambassador for Jay Shetty Coaching, her mission is to introduce mental wellness to a generation of overworked and overstimulated humans. A tireless advocate for mental health, social justice, and self-love, some of Brytni’s favorite organizations to work with are The Do Good Bus, Art of Elysium, Malibu Triathlon, This is About Humanity, and Beautify Earth. She is dedicated to using her platform to foster awareness and change.
