Embodiment coaching is the work of coming home to yourself. Through somatic awareness, presence practice, and the tools of professional performance training, Brytni helps clients dissolve what keeps them stuck from inhabiting their fullest expression. At its heart, this work is a revelation: an uncovering of the inner artist that lives in all of us, waiting not to be created, but returned to.

The intention is simple: to be the antidote to a life lived at a distance from yourself. Warm, rigorous, and deeply personal.

from professional performance training, somatic practice, and

a deep commitment to the inner life. Every session is a return

to what you already know.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.
    You leave with a concrete body-based tool and one practice to carry into your week.

  • A focused introduction to embodiment practice. Builds a foundation of body awareness and begins to surface the patterns most ready to shift.

  • The full arc of transformation. Six sessions designed to move through resistance, build new patterns, and anchor lasting change in the body.

  • An immersive community experience exploring presence, self-expression, and embodied living through breathwork, guided movement, and somatic pages practice. Available for private groups of 5 to 15 participants.

  • Custom facilitation for brands, teams, or member communities. Practical tools for authentic presence, performance, and intentional living.
